There’s no chance that you haven’t encountered a landing page on the internet — a page with the singular goal of getting your email in exchange for free content such as e-books and online courses.

They’re helpful tools for companies and generally everyone could get a fantastic use for one.

There used to be only two ways you could score a landing page for your business.

You can build one yourself from the bottom up, relying upon coding and your eye and strengths to make something which was both functional and aesthetically appeasing. At the end of the day, the goal is to make a landing page that will encourage your viewers to click on them.

Asking for expert help might even be an option since you would not be able to do it yourself. You would have to surrender yourself to designers and developers who would play a psychological, verbal and financial tug-of-war with you as you build exactly what you need to build.

Thankfully, you don’t need to rely on that. There’s a third option.

That’s where Leadpages comes in.

It presents itself as a tool that will make it possible for you to make your landing pages on your own, without the need to know any code, with easy and great results. A major participant in landing page builders, it is going to provide you templates to play around with to get the job done. Granting this is a new technology (as shown in this study done in 2016 about existing libraries for web design tools) this is a great third option for your needs

So is it the answer to all of your problems? Is it worthwhile? What are its strengths and flaws?

Let us jump in and find out!

Using it won’t feel like you’ve got to have a crash course and cram just to have the ability to get started.

For said beginners, Leadpages pretty much leads the charge for ease of use as compared to what’s out there in the market.

And once you’ve shed the fear of using something new, you’ll discover how fantastic it is for you and your company.

Certainly one of their gems, and really a business standout, are their templates. They have over a 150+ beautifully designed templates ready to use, all which are categorized by industry and purpose, and are even mobile friendly.

Anything you will need — by a catch template to a landing page for a giveaway, to page for a free guide, odds are, the template you need is right there and ready for you.

Getting into specifics, Leadpages has two kinds, Drag and Drop, and Standard. One of the cons for them though is you don’t actually have a lot of space to customize them. Sadly, the standard template can’t really be touched or changed even if they said it could be.

While using the Drag and Drop editor, there is a flaw in the design where the widget borders are somewhat off. When you drag a particular element in, at times it snaps into the incorrect place so that can be a bit frustrating. And if you delete specific elements that don’t work for you, there is a trend for there to be spaces you want to fill up.

Are these significant defects? No, of course not. They’re not detrimental for you getting what you want. But they could get in the way of a smooth experience, and all these are something you should be ready for.

Leadpages isn’t limited to just creating landing pages, but can also be used to create other important and powerful tools. Webinar Leadpages

After all, for them to be this popular, they need to have more than just the basics in their toolbox. What type of industry leader wouldn’t?

One great example is”Leadboxes” — basically beautifully designed pop-ups that’ll enable you to hit your mark, without it being annoying. You may even go for an option to track your visitor’s interactions with your pop up, letting you see and access data which will help you ascertain its effectiveness.

Coupled with Google Analytics, this can enable you to see exactly what works and what does not so you can evaluate your next steps.

They also permit you to produce your personal alert bars — small bars on top of your browser’s screen that typically alerts you to a sale or even a promo. And as an extra bonus, Leadpages made it really easy to design!

And needless to say, you will find Leadlinks — Links you can embed in an email so that all the recipients have to do is click once and they will automatically opt-in. Since people are often allergic to complex sign ups, having this easy choice is a huge plus on your side.

One good thing which Leadpages didn’t forget was proper integration. They took the lead with that and it is insanely useful.

In terms of connectivity, you’re allowed to connect your Leadpages to pretty much anything you need it to – email, payment processor, analytics or social media platform. Google analytics, Facebook Advertising and more than 40+ other options — in a world where connectivity and data mean so much, being this integrated is a massive, enormous boon for you.

Lead By Price

Leadpages isn’t exactly cheap, but that is not to say it is not worth it. You get wat you are paying for it.

The standard strategy of Leadpages is $37 a month. It can return to $25 or even $17 per month if you go for the 1-year or 2-year plan, respectively. Webinar Leadpages

If you want to get serious with it, and come equipped with AB testing, Leaddigits, and Leadlinks, then the Pro Plan will cost you about $79 a month. Much like the normal program, should you commit to a more comprehensive plan, you can get it in $49 per month or $24 a month to get a 1-year or 2-year commitment, respectively.

And then there is the Advanced Plan Lead pages, which they recommend for marketing groups and agencies. This is the plan where they pull out all the big guns and give you pretty much everything. Here, you can purchase it for $159 a month for a 2-year lock , or at $199 a month for an yearly plan.

Take note though, you can’t go monthly with Advanced.

Summing it all together, you’re will be committing about $300 for a 1-year subscription deal Which can be bit hefty, yes. But again, for all you’re getting, it is a pretty good deal. It will never be considered as a steal, but you can say value for money for certain.

And for what it is worth, they offer a 14-day trial in addition to a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. So just in case you’re the type who’d like to try things first to see if it’s worth it, this option is there.

Lead by Worth

So at the end of the day, is Leadpages worthwhile?

And our honest answer is, Yes, Leadpages is very much worthwhile.

It is super novice friendly as a result of its drag and drop editor, so you’ve got over 200+ free templates to choose from (not to mention some extra paid ones) and it’s wonderful integration for email advertising services, webinars, etc.

And that’s just the beginning.

While yes, it does have cons like the limited ability to tinker around with templates, the way you can not design the responsive version of your webpage as well as the cost — that can be already a little steep at the cheapest plan without great features such as A/B test pages — the pros outweigh the disadvantages.

So when you have to make the next landing page, honestly, choose Leadpages. It makes creating stunning landing pages that could enable you to do exactly what you need to do so damn easy without sacrificing quality. And in a world where everything is so fast and so personalized, wouldn’t you need to lead with ease?
